Healthwise provides innovative programs that empower and educate members, foster partnerships between providers and patients, and provide information on demand. These include self-care and medical consumerism programs, publications, physician training, and electronic information systems. Healthwise publishes consumer health information products and programs, including the self-care manuals Healthwise Handbooks and Healthwise for Life, and the Healthwise Knowledgebase™, a computer-based system for Website Content, Nurse Advice, and Patient Education.
